Good morning! Today I'm sharing a review of three products from I Smell Great. I Smell Great is the brainchild of the actress Sophia Bush and it's products made in the U.S.A. I'm always curious to try new product and brands, so this was no exception.
I have three different products in different scents. The Reactive Lush Lip in Candy Crush, the Eau de Parfum in Wild Honey, and a Hair Fragrance in Beach Babe.

Candy Crush Reactive Lush Lip: This is essentially a lip gloss but the reactive part is different; the description says that the reactive technology hydrates lips with spheres that are activated on the lips. Honestly, I think it's spheres on menthol because my lips felt extremely tingly. I'm not sure if this is meant to be a lip plumper. The tingle didn't bother me as much as the scent. I think candy crush would be sweet and sugary but it had this terrible chemical scent which could be the spheres OR it could have been the "candied flower petals" of the scent description. Whatever it was, the scent was not for me. Too bad because it really was hydrating and my lips were SO soft. But the look is super glossy, so it's more of a product I would use before bed since I'm not a huge fan of gloss. And well, it did not smell great. It kind of smelled like ramen noodles. This retails for $28.

Wild Honey Eau de Parfum: So I figured I would love Candy Crush and hate Wild Honey. SO WRONG. This smells GLORIOUS. It's honey, brown sugar, and vanilla. This was a super sweet scent but it was light. So it was really pleasing for me. It did last a good amount. Again, it has sphere technology that is supposed to reactivate by apply pressure wherever applied (so do I rub my chest?) Not sure about that, but it smelled nice for a few hours. This retails for $68, which is about on par with other brands. For example, Marc Jacobs Honey is $78 for 1.7 oz but you are getting a designer bottle. The packaging here is very bare bones.

There's one other scent, Angel Cake, and they have recipes on how to combine scents.

Beach Babe Hair Fragrance: Let's just call this what it is, a fragrance mist. You don't have to put it in your hair if you don't want to. They mention to do it in between shampoos, or as a refresh, but none of the ingredients act as a cleaner like a dry shampoo. So if your hair smells bad and you don't have time to shower, sure, spray your hair, and maybe your whole body with it. I think this smells like fresh coconut and sun tan lotion. I really liked the scent and it combined well with the honey perfume. This retails for $38.

So I really like the perfume and hair fragrance and both of those scents. I don't know if it's the Candy Crush scent that I don't like or if it is something in the lip gloss that makes it tastes so unappetizing to me. Maybe there wasn't enough fragrance to cover up the chemicals in the gloss?
I do think the products are a little expensive, especially since the packaging is so bare bones and basic. I don't know if it's because it is made in the U.S. or this sphere technology that I don't really think is there, but I think the cost of these are a little too high.
