Congratulations, Miley," read a PETA statement.
Knowing how much she loves animals, she's obsessing over this honor. She made her cruelty-free diet public in the beginning of June in an cover interview with Paper Magazine. You know, the one where she posed with her pet piggy?
In it, she said she turned vegan a year ago after one of her dogs was killed by a coyote. Since then, she has been posting some of her food plates on social media from avocados to broccoli and a plate full of veggies with the caption, "The luxurious life of a vegetarian in LA ... So many good plants/fruits/veggies to eat you ain't gottttta eat dead animals! Everything that goes into my body is aliiiiivvvve! To keeeep ME alive! Love this life!"
Miley isn't the only celeb (and sexy) vegetarian. She beat out Ariana Grande, Kristen Bell, Carrie Underwood and Ellie Goulding for this year's title.
