Top Nigerian female music star Seyi Shay has released glamorous new photos for an editorial tagged The Corruption of Eve. The photo editorial was directed by photographer Remi Adetiba and shot at the Lekki conservation Centre, Lagos.
The photos were showcased at the 2015 edition of the Lagos Photo Festival among other photographs inspired by Nigerian music.
According to a press statement released by the producers of the shoot, The Corruption of Eve reconstructs the story of the fall of man in a more modern light with Seyi Shay starring as the first woman, Eve. There are four major scenes in this photo editorial; the first depicts Adam and Eve in the innocence of their nakedness. The second scene witnesses the dramatic emergence of the serpent and in the last scene, Eve is fleeing the garden after succumbing to the serpent’s proposal.

Seyi Shay was recently signed by international music company Island Records and she has announced she will be releasing her debut album Seyi or Shay onNovember 13, 2015. The Corruption of Eve is on display at Miliki Lounge in Victoria Island, Lagos.
